HOT BEAN SALAD | |
1 lb. kielbasa 2 Spanish onions 1/2 c. vinegar 1 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 2 cans butter beans 2 cans lima beans 1 can pork & beans 1 can kidney beans Brown kielbasa and cut up onion until golden. Add vinegar, brown sugar and seasonings. Cook for about 1/2 hour. Add drained butter and lima beans and undrained kidney and pork & beans. Mix well and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. It can also be done in a crock pot. |
