EGG SALAD PATE 
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Dash of Tabasco

Be sure everything is ready then dissolve Jello in hot water. Combine with other ingredients as soon as ready. Put in mold after spraying with vegetable spray. Refrigerate! You can also just put this in a covered container. Excellent served with crackers of any kind.
