CAROB FUDGE 
1 c. honey
1/2 to 1 c. carob powder
1 c. raisins or currants
1 to 2 tbsp. butter
1 c. peanut butter

Mix all ingredients except peanut butter in pan over low flame. Stir until well mixed. Remove from heat; add peanut butter and mix well. Pour into pan and refrigerate. The more carob powder you add, the firmer the fudge. (Optional ingredients: 1 cup sesame seeds or 1 cup sunflower seeds, or 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped.)
