STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS 
10 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 tbsp. bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 lg. boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. spaghetti sauce (your own homemade or store bought)

In a medium bowl, mix cheese, eggs, bread crumbs and pepper. Place 1/4 cup of cheese mixture in the center of each chicken breast. Roll and secure with toothpicks. In a large skillet, thoroughly brown chicken on all sides in hot oil; drain fat. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken is done. Makes 6 servings.
