CLASSIC CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth (3 chicken bouillon cubes + 2 c. boiling water)
1/2 c. heavy cream
6 halves chicken breasts, debone & brown in melted butter
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
3 tbsp. white wine
1/2 tsp. salt & dash of pepper

Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain. Melt butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth, cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add wine and stir in cream. Place broccoli crosswise in long baking dish. Pour 1/2 of sauce over top of broccoli. Top with chicken. Add cheese to remaining sauce (save a little cheese to put on top of chicken). Pour sauce over chicken. Sprinkle remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until golden.
