CREPES 
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Place ingredients in blender container in order given. Blend 30 seconds. Stop and stir down sides. Blend 30 to 60 seconds until smooth or mix in bowl with wire whisk or mixer. First combine flour and eggs, adding liquid gradually. Beat until smooth and add other ingredients.

Makes about 16 crepes. Pour in crepe machine. If you don't have a machine, pour about a 6-inch round in a nonstick skillet. Takes only a small amount of time to cook.

Filling:

2 c. chopped cooked chicken
3 or 4 carrots, chopped
1 jar mushrooms, chopped
1 can mushroom soup

Mix together and heat. Put small amount in crepe and roll up. Sauce: Sour cream thinned with chicken broth from cooked chicken. Pour on crepes and grated cheese sprinkled on top of this. Cook in 350°F oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

Can use celery or other vegetables in with chicken filling.
