POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. white potatoes
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 bunch fresh green onions
1 sm. box sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. sweet milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil the potatoes with the skins on and let sit overnight in the refrigerator. Peel your potatoes and grate them. Add other ingredients and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with cracker crumbs if desired.
