CARNE CON PAPAS 
Stew meat (chunks)
Potatoes
1 can tomato sauce
Green olives
1/2 c. Vino seco (dry cooking wine)
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Salt
1 med. size onion

Sprinkle meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Put meat in pressure cooker, put in potatoes, medium size, as many potatoes as pieces of meat. Use 1 medium size can of tomato sauce, pour over meat and potatoes. Use same can, pour 1/2 with vino seco over meat. Add green olives, sliced onions and mix with other ingredients. Cover pressure cooker. Cook under medium high heat about 20 minutes. Serve poured over white rice.
