ORANGE - PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. instant pudding
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip

Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and mandarin oranges (including juice); mix well. Spread in 3 round layer pans or a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Combine crushed pineapple and instant pudding; mix well. Stir in Cool Whip. Frost and fill cake. Refrigerate immediately.
