GRAVY STEAK 
1 lb. ground steak, 1 inch thick
1 tsp. meat tenderizer
1 tsp. salt
1 (1 oz.) env. onion gravy mix
1/3 c. butter

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Sprinkle steak with tenderizer on both sides. Let stand 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle salt evenly on both sides. Place gravy mix and slices of butter on top of steak. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake 25 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees and continue baking for 1 hour. Serves 4-6.
