HUNTER'S DELIGHT 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (#2) can cream-style corn
1/2 c. milk
1 qt. sliced, pared potatoes

Melt butter in skillet; add onion and saute about 5 minutes. Add meat, sprinkle with seasonings and saute until lightly browned (about 10 minutes). Add corn and milk and mix. Put potatoes into a 2 quart casserole; cover with meat mixture and bake uncovered in a preheated oven (375 degrees) about 1 1/4 hours. Yield: 6 servings.
