GREEN BEANS AND ARTICHOKE
CASSEROLE
 
2 cans French sliced green beans, drained
1 can artichokes in water, drained
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs

Mix preceding after cutting artichokes in chunks. Use some of bread crumbs as a topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
