SOPAPILLAS 
2 c. flour
3 tbsp. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. warm water

Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Cut in 3 tablespoons Crisco with fork. Add warm water and stir until blended. Let rise 30 minutes. Roll out thin, 1/4" thick, cut in 2" squares and deep fry in Crisco. Roll in sugar and cinnamon mix.
