SPAGHETTI MEAT SAUCE 
2 tbsp. shortening
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, diced
2 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. water
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. curry powder

Heat shortening; brown beef. Add onion, garlic, celery, green pepper, and salt. Add combined tomato paste, water, chili powder, and curry powder. Mix. Close pressure cooker and cook for 10 minutes. Cool cooker at once. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
