SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. each cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg
1 baked pie shell
3 egg whites
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs; add sugar, cornstarch and spices. Stir in sour cream and raisins. Cook over medium heat until it thickens, about 10 minutes. Put into baked shell and top with meringue. (Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar and vanilla.) Bake at 350 degrees until meringue is brown. Cool well before cutting.
