HOT CHICKEN SALAD SUPREME 
2 c. cooked diced chicken
2 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms (drained)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. crushed potato chips

Mix all ingredients except soup and potato chips. Place in 2 quart casserole. Spoon soup over top. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
