GREEN RICE 
1 c. brown rice in 3 c. water or bouillon
1/2 tsp. salt

Place in buttered casserole when most of the water is gone from the rice.

1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. minced spinach (1 pkg. frozen)
2 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (or more)
2 tbsp. minced onion (or more)

Add mixture to rice in casserole and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. This dish is nice topped with grated cheese and crumbs.
