6 c. corn
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. hot water

Cut corn off cob and measure corn. Scrape cob. With other ingredients bring to boil stirring often. Boil 20 minutes. Let cool and put into freezer bags and freeze.
