TOMATO SOUP CAKE 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. tomato soup
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. dates, chopped

Cream butter and add sugars. Sift soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and flour and add to creamed mixture alternately with tomato soup. Fold in nuts and dates. Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
