SCOTCH SHORT BREAD | |
3 oz. butter 1 1/2 oz. sugar 4 oz. flour 1/2 oz. cornstarch Cream sugar and butter. Mix in dry sieved ingredients. Put in greased pan and prick with fork. Put in 300 to 325 degree oven for about 35 minutes, or until pale brown. When ready, remove from oven and sprinkle with sugar and cut. Make 3 times this quantity and bake in 9x13 inch tray. |
