Red or reg. potatoes
Onions
Garlic and garlic powder
Paprika
Oregano

Wash potatoes and cut in half, if very big cut in quarters. Boil until almost done (a little firm). Melt some butter and fry onions, along with finely chopped garlic. Fry until onions are transparent. Strain potatoes. Place in fry pan with onions, garlic and add garlic powder, lemon pepper, paprika and oregano to taste. Heat a few minutes and serve.
