SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can French onion soup
2 c. Minute Rice
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. cleaned shrimp

Put all ingredients together in a large casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir after 30 minutes. Or microwave for 30 minutes; stir once.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
