CROCKPOT CHICKEN | |
1 fryer, cut up 1 sm. can mushrooms 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry parsley 1/4 c. white, dry wine (not cooking wine) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 tsp. pepper Wash fryer and pat dry. Mix wine and soup. Put in crockpot. Season chicken with salt, pepper and parsley. Add to soup mixture and stir thoroughly. Cook 3-4 hours on low (1/2 hour on high). Before serving, add mushrooms last 1/2 hour. Serve on egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes. |
