SPICED PECANS OR WALNUTS 
1 (10 oz.) bag pecans or walnuts, halves
1 tsp. cold water
1 lg. egg white
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat until foamy: 1 egg white and 1 teaspoon cold water.

Add 10 ounce bag nuts. Coat with egg whites.

In a separate bowl mix: 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

Pour over nuts, Mix until coated well.

Grease a cookie sheet and spread nuts on it.

Stir every 15 minutes.

Bake in 225 degree oven for 1 hour.
