SPICED PECANS 
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. water
2 c. pecans

Boil ingredients until it threads away from side of saucepan. Turn off heat, add pecans and stir until well covered. Place on wax paper and spread out and break them apart from each other. Let cool.
