1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
1 egg
3/4 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box confectioners sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Mix first 3 ingredients and pat firmly in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. (Mixture will be stiff.) Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans over this. Then mix remaining ingredients and spread over top of chocolate chips and pecans.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
