2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. water or milk

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease round pan 9 x 1 1/2 inches. Mix all ingredients. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with Streusel Topping. Bake 20-25 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. firm butter

Mix these ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over cake before baking.
