CRANBERRY SOUR CREAM DELIGHT 
2 (4 serv. size) pkgs. Jell-O (any red flavor)
1 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can jellied or whole berry cranberry sauce
1 tbsp. orange rind, grated
1 c. sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl. Add cranberry sauce to gelatin in small amounts; whisk until cranberry sauce is melted. Whisk in orange rind and sour cream. Pour into mold sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold. Makes 10 servings.
