SUMMER PASTA WITH TOMATOES AND
BASIL
 
1 lb. fresh fettuccine
2 lg. fresh ripe tomatoes, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 c. fresh basil leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Ground pepper
3/4 c. olive oil
1/3 lb. brie cheese, cut into cubes, rind scrape with knife
1/3 lb. teleme cheese, cut into cubes
Parmesan cheese

In bowl combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, brie and teleme. Prepare at least 2 hours before serving and set aside at room temperature, covered.
