CAVANTI 
1 1/2 lb. mild or hot Italian sausage
2 (3 oz.) pkg. pepperoni slices
2 (2 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 (6 oz.) jar mushrooms, sliced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 (16 oz.) box rotini noodles, cooked
1 (32 oz.) jar pasta sauce

Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Cook and brown sausage, bell pepper, pepperoni, onion, garlic and mushrooms together until sausage is done, then add drained pasta and sauce.

Top with cheese. Let cheese melt on top!
