LIZ'S TUNA CASSEROLE 
12 oz. tuna, flaked
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
Instant potatoes
2 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise

Drain tuna - flake it. Heat vegetables; drain and mix with tuna. Use enough of instant potatoes that is serving for 2 people.

Mix egg yolks, mayonnaise with the potatoes. Mix with tuna and vegetables. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
