BLENDER CHOCOLATE MOUSSE | |
1 (12 oz.) Nestle's chocolate chips (semi-sweet) 10 tbsp. boiling water 6 lg. eggs, separated 2 plus tbsp. orange liqueur Put chips in food processor, blend until very fine. Scrape chocolate off sides, add boiling water blend for 10 seconds. Add egg yolks and liqueur, blend until smooth. Fold chocolate mixture into stiffly beaten egg whites. Spoon into dish(es). Chill at least one hour before serving. Easy! Serves 4 to 6. |
