CHEDDAR CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 c. macaroni
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (I use Velveeta cheese)
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped canned tomatoes

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender; drain. In shallow baking dish combine 1 1/2 cups cheese with macaroni mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.

NOTE: Browned, drained hamburger may be added.
