STIR-FRY BROCCOLI 
1 slice ginger, peeled
1 clove garlic, peeled
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. broccoli, cut into 1/2 x 2-inch pieces, blanched

Combine 1 teaspoon cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. dark soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. sesame seed oil

Finely chop ginger and garlic. Combine sauce ingredients. Stir-fry garlic and ginger in wok, add blanched broccoli, cornstarch mixture and sauce. Stir-fry until sauce thickens.
