CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. cocoa
2 heaping tbsp. flour (plain)
2 large eggs, separated
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie crust

Mix ingredients. Cook over medium heat until thick. Pour into precooked pie crust. Beat egg whites until they stand in peaks. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla. Beat about 1 minute. Put on top of pie.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350°F or until golden brown.
