TUNA FISH SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello or 1 env. gelatin
1 c. hot water or 1/4 c. cold water with gelatin and 3/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. vinegar or lemon juice
1 (7 oz.) can tuna
1 c. celery, chopped
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 sweet pickles, chopped or 1/4 c. sweet relish
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
A little pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix Jello and water. Add vinegar or lemon juice. Mix and chill until partly set. Add tuna, celery, eggs, pickles, and onion. Add salt and pepper and mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients well into Jello mixture. Garnish with sliced stuffed olives. Return to refrigerator to set.
