SUPPER ON A BREAD SLICE 
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs or cracker meal
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. Accent
2 c. grated cheese
1 loaf French bread

Combine above ingredients except the 2 cups of cheese. Cut French bread in half lengthwise. Spread each half with mixture. Wrap the two halves in foil, but leave top of the foil open. Bake 25 minutes, 350 degrees. Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese on each half. Bake 5 minutes more. Cut diagonally to serve.
