HOT CHIC SALAD 
2 c. cooked, dried chic
3 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Mix all together except cheese and potato chips. Put cheese and chips on top and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Serves 6.
