REEL-Y EASY FISH DINNER 
You could easily double this recipe, using more fish and soup!

2 lb. fish fillets or steaks
1 (15 oz.) can New England clam chowder soup (I use Healthy Choice)
seasoning of your choice (I use old bay)

Place fish in pan of your choice, depending on how you wish to cook it -- on the stove or oven. Season fish however you would like. Pour soup over fish and cook 20-30 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork... DELICIOUS!!

Serve with rice or noodles, salad and vegetable for a great meal!

Note: I cook this dish on the stove, haven't tried it in the oven because the fillets I used were not too thick -- just don't OVERCOOK!
