SOUR CREAM SCALLOPED POTATOES 
24 oz. shredded hash brown potatoes
) can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1/3 c. chopped onion

Topping (butter bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons butter). Put thawed potatoes in bowl. Combine soup, sour cream, cheese, onion and butter. Add to potatoes. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
