EASY ECLAIRS 
Graham crackers
3 c. milk
2 pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
1 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 can milk chocolate frosting

Beat together milk, both packages of pudding and confectioners' sugar. Fold in Cool Whip.

Layer: Graham crackers, pudding, graham crackers, pudding, graham crackers. Top with can of milk chocolate frosting.

Break the graham crackers where they are scored, it makes them easier to cut. Completely line 9"x13" pan with graham crackers. Cut into squares and serve.
