HERSHEY CAKE 
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 lb.) can Hershey chocolate syrup

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix flour and baking powder. Add dry ingredients alternately with syrup. Pour batter into 13 x 9 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Frost while warm.

FROSTING:

1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips or 2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
