CLAM CHOWDER 
6 slices bacon
10 potatoes, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
6 c. water
3 chicken bouillon (cubes)
2 cans Carnation
Salt
Pepper
Milk

Coo k bacon in large soup pot; set aside and drain all but 1 teaspoon of grease. Add next 6 ingredients. Simmer until tender. Reduce heat. Add Carnation and milk to desired consistency. Season and serve. Makes 8 servings.
