PUMPKIN CRUNCH CREAM PIE 
3/4 c. cold milk
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. solid pack pumpkin
3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2/3 c. slivered almonds
2/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) graham cracker pie crust

Pour milk into mixing bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Blend in pumpkin spices, almonds, chips and 2 cups Cool Whip. Spoon into pie crust.

Just before serving garnish with remaining Cool Whip and almonds. Garnish with thin chocolate curls, if desired.
