BEEF STEAK 
2 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
2 tbsp. Mortons tender-quick curing salt
1 c. water

Mix well and refrigerate for 24 hours. Roll into 3 oblong rolls. Place in foil, shiny side in. Cover with water, boil 1 hour. When done, rewrap. Drain on paper towel.
