WHITE JELLO MOLD 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 env. Knox gelatin
1 c. milk
1 c. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice

Soften gelatin in 1/3 cup cold water; heat until boiling, stirring constantly until dissolved. Set aside. Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Mix in milk, vanilla, lemon and gelatin. Mix well. Add Cool Whip; mix well and chill until set. Remove from mold; place on dish with lettuce or some type of greenery. Great for Christmas!
