2 1/2 - 2 3/4 c. biscuit mix
1 can Campbell's cheddar cheese soup
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. apples, chopped & pared
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
1/4 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. sugar

Mix biscuit mix and soup in bowl with just enough mix to knead about 15 times. roll out on board floured with biscuit mix. Roll into 18"x10" rectangle. Spread with butter, apples, nuts, raisins, sugar and spices. Roll up lengthwise and cut jelly roll style into 12 pieces. Put in a 13"x9" greased pan and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Glaze top before serving (optional).

GLAZE TOPPING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. softened butter
2 tbsp. milk or apple juice
