CINNAMON PECANS 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. canned milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. water

Cook on medium high heat. When a drop of the liquid forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water, add 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Pour 2 cups pecan halves in mixture and coat each well. Pour on waxed paper and separate pecan halves.
