RUSSIAN CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts
1 bottle Russian dressing
Small can crushed pineapple
8 oz. apricot preserves
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Arrange chicken in casserole. Mix all other ingredients. Pour half over chicken and bake uncovered for 1/2 hour at 400 degrees. Pour remainder over chicken and bake 45 minutes more. (May need to lower oven.) I usually use boneless chicken and cook about 55 minutes total.
