1 head of lettuce (torn)
2 to 3 tomatoes, diced
1 can black olives, sliced
1 lb. cheese, grated
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. water
1 sm. jar Catalina dressing (spicy French)
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 sm. jar taco sauce/salsa
1 med. size bag Doritos (any flavor)

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain. Tear lettuce and combine in a large bowl with tomatoes, black olives, cheese and crushed Doritos. Mix taco seasoning mix with water and taco sauce/salsa (amount depends on your taste). Pour over lettuce and other ingredients. Add ground beef and onions. Pour entire bottle of Catalina dressing over salad. Mix thoroughly. Serve immediately. Garnish with sour cream or serve sour cream on the side.
